Bloomington-based CarDon & Associates Inc. has added another senior living community to its portfolio. Financial terms of the deal for Lincoln Hills Health Center in New Albany were not disclosed, however the company says it plans to invest in "significant" capital improvements for the community.
A spokesperson for CarDon tells Inside INdiana Business the Lincoln Hills Health Center employs about 150 people and there are no plans for any job reductions. The community includes more than 150 beds and provides rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing and memory support services.
"Our company is committed to providing Indiana seniors with the highest quality care and services," said Stephen Moore, chief executive officer of CarDon & Associates. "Lincoln Hills Health Center has an already stellar reputation, and we are thrilled to have them join our CarDon family."
While specific details were not released, CarDon says the capital improvements will "greatly enhance" the living environment for residents.
