Calumet Specialty Products Announces Changes

Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. (Nasdaq: CLMT) has announced several leadership changes at the hydrocarbon and fuel products company.

They include Todd Borgmann who was promoted to senior vice president and will become chief financial officer on September 1. He replaces Keith Jennings who is leaving the company.

Borgmann has been with Calumet for 12 years in a variety of management roles.

Calumet also named Vincent Donargo as chief accounting officer. He’s been serving in an interim role since June.
