CAEL Appoints Buford President

The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning has appointed Earl Buford as its new president. He most recently served as chief executive officer of Partner4Work, and also served on then-Vice President Joe Biden’s Advisory Taskforce on Workforce Development. Buford will assume his new role on April 12.
