C&A Tool Engineering to Expand, Add Jobs The expansion will create up to 51 jobs this year.

C&A Tool Engineering MinebeaMitsumi Inc. is expanding its operations and adding new jobs in northeast Indiana. The company will invest $3.8 million in new equipment and create 15 new jobs at its Churubusco facility.

The contract manufacturer works with the transportation, aeronautical, medical and other industries and has more than 500 employees and four plants in northeastern Indiana. 

“Churubusco is one of the fastest growing communities in Northeast Indiana. The good paying jobs in Churubusco provided by high-tech, globally engaged companies like C&A Tool is a big reason families want to move to the community,” said Jon Myers, president of the Whitley County EDC. “I am very excited about their continued growth and investment.”

Churubusco Town Council approved a ten-year tax abatement for the project at the request of C&A Tool and the Whitley County EDC.
