Two Fort Wayne companies are planning to expand and add a total of around 75 jobs in the coming years. The Journal-Gazette reports Trivector Manufacturing Inc. and Premier Truck Rental have requested tax abatement on investments totaling $3 million. Trivector manufactures composite swimming pool parts and wants to increase its workforce by 48 workers before 2018. Plans call for a partner company Pool Factory II LLC, to lease a large facility to the company.

Premier Truck Rental plans to add more than two dozen workers and upgrade its commercial vehicle maintenance operations.

The abatement requests are slated to go before the city council next week.
