Business Furniture Promotes Richard to COO

Indianapolis-based Business Furniture + Choreo has promoted Terry Richard to chief operations officer. He has been with the company for 24 years, most recently serving as executive vice president of operations. In his new role, Richard will manage quality improvement, strategic business planning and leading the Covid response team.
