Bus Parts OEM Supplier Acquired

BAV Inc, a subsidiary of South Bend-based holding company The Lucas Group, has acquired Power Manufacturing Inc. of Elkhart. Financial details were not disclosed.

Power Manufacturing is a supplier of aftermarket products for the motorcoach and bus markets, including plastic parts and assembly components. The company was formed in 2007 by Mark Roberts and Tim Ott.

According to a news release, Roberts and Ott felt it was time to turn the company over to someone who could further grow PMI.

The deal was brokered by Calder Capital LLC located in Michigan.
