Brybelly Set to Open Distribution Center
Officials with Indianapolis-based Brybelly Holdings Inc. say they are on pace to open a new 200,000 square-foot distribution center in Mount Comfort next month. The company says the facility will create up to 70 jobs in Hancock County over the next 10 years. In all, Brybelly says it is investing $10 million into the expansion.
The e-commerce and product development company says the new distribution center will double the company’s warehouse space. The facility also has the option to expand up to 400,000 square feet based on the company’s growth needs.
A spokesperson for the company says officials plan to move into the building October 17. Co-founder Jeffrey Smith cites the area’s "proximity to major highways and airports as well as a stellar local labor pool and infrastructure" as reasons for building the facility in Hancock County.
