Independent creative agency Bradley and Montgomery has named Gavin Johnston chief strategy officer.  He will be responsible for managing strategy for clients across the agency and brings more than 19 years of strategic experience to the role. Johnston previously led strategic teams and initiatives resulting in award-winning work for clients like Bayer, Gatorade, GSK, Kellogg’s, Chrysler, Kimberly-Clark, Wells Fargo, H&R Block and LG. He most recently served as vice president of Brand Planning at Luckie & Co. in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to Luckie, Johnston worked for VML, as well as Bernstein Rein.
