Nicole Ulrich has been promoted to area director of restaurants for Geronimo Hospitality Group. In this role, she will oversee food and beverage operations for Bottleworks Hotel, Blue Collar Coffee and The Garage Food Hall. Ulrich most recently served as general manager at The Garage Food Hall, where she onboarded the food hall’s first tenants, managed employees and worked to ensure guest satisfaction.

Also, Grace Stefaniak has been hired as director of food & beverage at Bottleworks Hotel. She will be responsible for managing banquets, in room dining and will serve as general manager for Blue Collar Coffee Co. inside the hotel.  Prior to coming to Bottleworks, Stefaniak worked as director of banquets with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.
