Bosma Makes Caucus, Committee Appointments

House Speaker Brian Bosma (R-88) has announced committee and caucus leadership assignments for the upcoming legislative session. He continued his tradition of naming a Democrat to lead a committee by appointing Steve Stemler (D-71) chair of the Select Committee on Government Reduction.
Bosma calls committees the "workhorses of our legislative institution," saying they require "more from legislators than ever before."
