The Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation has named Jay Geshay interim executive director. He has served as the foundation’s chief strategy officer since 2019 and previously served as senior vice president of fundraising and community impact at United Way of Central Indiana. Geshay recently won the Hazelett Award for outstanding leadership in grantmaking from the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance.
