Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation has added Roscoe Brown and Candee Chambers to its board of directors. 

Brown, who is set to retire this year as the executive director of the Indianapolis Public Transportation Foundation, has nearly 30 years of experience and involvement in the Indianapolis community and public transportation.

Chambers serves as executive director of DirectEmployers and CEO for the organization’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Recruit Rooster.  

Since joining IndyGo in 1999, Brown has held roles including director of flexible services, director of community development and vice president of business development.
