Bose Public Affairs Group LLC has named Ellen Fern as managing director of federal relations. Fern previously served as managing director of Washington Partners LLC before merging with Bose. She also served as director of national and corporate partnerships at the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy. Fern holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
