Indianapolis-based Bose Public Affairs Group LLC is growing its presence in the nation’s capital. The firm has acquired mCapitol Management and has named President Brad Queisser as senior vice president.

Queisser will officially begin at the start of 2016. His areas of focus include local government, defense, energy and environment, health care and technology. His experience also includes director of finance and operations for the Indiana Democratic Party and positions in the administrations of former governors Evan Bayh and Frank O’Bannon. Queisser also previously served as director of government relations for what Bose calls "a prestigious Wall Street Law firm," as well as deputy executive director and senior advisor to the president of the 2000 Democratic National Convention Corp.

Bose Managing Principal Doug Brown says "Brad is well-known in Washington and in Indiana as a trusted advisor and expert on a wide range of complex policy issues. We are thrilled to have Brad join our firm, bringing his expertise and the deep relationships of mCapitol Management to our existing clients while establishing new relationships for future growth.

In addition to its offices in Indianapolis and Washington D.C. offices, Bose also has a location in Fort Wayne. It’s D.C. office deal with issues management, political intelligence gathering and analysis, policy and partnership development, government engagement, strategic communications, advocacy, political action committee management, procurement and compliance.
