Indianapolis-based Bose Public Affairs Group LLC has promoted Rachel Wheeler to public relations manager.  She has served since 2016.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as communications assistant at Indiana Farm Bureau. Wheeler is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Italian.
