Bose McKinney & Evans LLP has added E. Timothy DeLaney as of counsel to the white-collar crime and litigation groups. He focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, compliance and internal investigations, as well as complex litigation.

DeLaney previously served as grand jury deputy prosecutor for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. In that role, he was prosecuting attorney in the white-collar unit of the office who was responsible for managing investigations and prosecutions of criminal matters including public corruption, insurance and healthcare fraud, opioid over-prescribing, securities fraud, embezzlement and other scams.

DeLaney graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Near Eastern languages and cultures (Arabic) from Indiana University.

DeLaney serves on St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Council as vice president and is a distinguished fellow with the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.
