The Boone County Economic Development Corp. and WorkOne will Wednesday host a virtual job fair. The Boone EDC says participating employers are looking to fill full-time, part-time and seasonal positions.

The fair is set to begin at 10:30 a.m.

Employers participating in the fair include Fukai Toyotetsu Indiana Corp., GTech Construction Services, Hendrickson, XPO Logistics, Hoosier Village Retirement Community, and Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) via Integrity Staffing.

The employers are looking to fill positions such as licensed nurses, production and assembly line workers, warehouse associates, maintenance tech, grounds tech, machine maintenance, tool & die maintenance, shop foreman and mechanic, sewer foreman, water foreman, and general laborer.

The Boone EDC says the free virtual job fair can be viewed on a mobile device, desktop or laptop and will include discussion on a variety of available positions. Presenters will provide detailed information on open positions, as well as benefits and how to apply.

The organization says participates should register to attend the event.
