The state is set for another jobs announcement. Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann will take part Friday in an economic development event and groundbreaking ceremony in Boone County. She will be on-hand this afternoon for a jobs announcement in Huntington involving Wisconsin-based Echo Lake Foods.
