Carmel-based Bolstra has added Steve Ehrlich as chief operating officer. He has helped shape and scale the likes of Software Artistry, Aprimo, Autobase, and most recently served as president of PolicyStat. Ehrlich served as vice president of operations at Autobase and senior vice president of operations at Aprimo. While he was at Software Artistry he served as VP & GM of service management business unit.

For five years Ehrlich served as product manager of Pansophic Systems.
