Boardable, an online board engagement platform, has appointed Dan Gardiner senior director of engineering. He previously spent nearly two decades in engineering and SaaS, including his roles as chief technology officer at Enginuity Search Media, director of infrastructure and data at DashBid and more.

Also, Kurt Gilmore has been named director of digital marketing. He has nearly two decades of experience in market research, strategy development and business development with brands such as Crowe and Anthem, among other marketing consultant roles.
