Indianapolis-based BMWC Constructors Inc. has named President and Chief Executive Officer Brian Acton chairman of its board of directors. He succeeds Jim Davis, who has retired after eight years in the role and 30 years with the industrial and heavy commercial construction company. Acton will remain CEO.

Chris Buckman (pictured) has been promoted to president and chief operating officer. He most recently served as vice president of corporate construction. The company states his work establishing a national footprint and managing the company’s growth into cost-saving technologies and new service lines were factors leading to the leadership changes.
