Blue & Co. Merging with Cincinnati Firm

The combined firm will be based out of Blue & Co.'s Cincinnati office.

Carmel-based accounting firm Blue & Co. LLC will soon be merging with Cincinnati-based Fleming, Brockschmidt & Durkin. The companies say the merger will take effect on January 1.

The combined firm will be known as Blue & Co., LLC and will be based out of Blue & Co.’s Cincinnati location. The combined staff will total over 360 employees across ten offices in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Texas.

It was not immediately clear if the merger would affect any jobs within the two companies.
