Bloomington Mayor John Hamilton has named Andrew Cibor city engineer. He most recently served as traffic engineer for the city of Asheville, North Carolina. Prior to that, Cibor served as transportation and traffic engineer for the city of Bloomington. He has also served as traffic engineer for the Ada County Highway District in Garden City, Idaho. Cibor received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Northwestern University in 2005.
