The Blackford County Economic Development Corp. has named Colton Bickel executive director. He currently serves as an operations administrator for Sturtz Public Management Group in Churubusco. Bickel will begin his new role in June. He succeeds Jacob Everett, who led the organization for more than four years. Bickel is also a certified grand administrator for the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. He is a graduate of IPFW-Doermer School of Business.
