Black Caucus of the American Library Assoc. elects president

The Black Caucus of the American Library Association has elected Nichelle Hayes president. She is interim chief executive officer of the Indianapolis Public Library. Hayes holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Valdosta State University and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
