BKD Indianapolis has announced several promotions: Justin Proctor (pictured) to senior consultant II; Emily Balbach (pictured) and Andrew Quinnette to senior associate II and Kyle Fessler to senior associate. Proctor is a 2010 graduate of Ball State University. Balbach is a 2012 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. Quinnette is a 2012 graduate of Purdue University. Fessler is a 2012 graduate of Butler University.
