Chicago-based M25 has named Katie Birge associate and head of platform. The company is opening an office in Indianapolis. Birge recently stepped down as executive director at Launch Indy. She also previously served as director of the Bloomington Technology Partnership. In April, Birge was named Community Champion of the Year at the TechPoint Mira Awards.
