Indianapolis-based Biosynthetic Technologies has named Joseph Maslowski to its board of directors. He serves as chief operating and chief financial officer at Roetzel and Andres in Akron, OH. Maslowski has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic business initiatives. He earned his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College and his bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University.
