Indianapolis, Ind. — AIT Bioscience, LLC has appointed Terri Pascarelli, BS, MBA, as Chief Executive Officer and member, Board of Directors. Pascarelli's appointment adds extensive business and entrepreneurial leadership to the company's executive management team.
AIT Bioscience is an innovative bioanalytical laboratory positioned uniquely at the interface of large molecule and small molecule analytical methods development and analysis, supported by the industry's only fully integrated electronic laboratory environment. These capabilities and customer-first mindset allow the company to focus on what is right for the client.

Ms. Pascarelli has held leadership positions in life science companies across start-up and Fortune 500 firms for more than 25 years. Prior to joining AIT Bioscience, she was vice president of client development for YourEncore, Inc., a leading consulting firm with offices in Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Princeton, New Jersey. Her background includes executive leadership roles as president and COO of a venture-backed, Indiana-based pharmaceutical company and for a privately held Midwest medical laboratory. She has also held leadership roles in strategy, sales and marketing, managed markets, R&D and commercial operations at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Roche Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca.
Ms. Pascarelli founded the Indiana chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) in 2003, and has continued to serve on the global HBA Board of Directors since its creation. In 2013, Ms. Pascarelli served as President of the HBA Corporate Board of Directors. In addition, she is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board for Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Indianapolis.
Ms. Pascarelli earned her BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers University and an MBA from Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business, New York.
