Indiana's life sciences initiative has unveiled an online information hub. BioCrossroads says BioIntellex.com features resources including third-party research, annual reports and information from industry conferences.

Indianapolis, Ind. — Over the last decade, BioCrossroads has compiled significant data and a series of expert studies and analyses on Indiana's highly diversified life sciences sector, all as a part of a larger mission to educate and broaden Hoosier awareness of this major sector of opportunity and growth for Indiana's economy. In an effort to enhance the ability to disseminate information to the public and to make the information readily available to all, BioCrossroads announced today the launch of a new educational website to serve as a hub for life sciences information and intelligence for Indiana ?CBioIntellex.com.
BioIntellex.com will serve as a destination website for BioCrossroads?? substantial educational offerings, including third-party research, sector and sub-sector reports, annual reports, educational sessions and conferences and other data compiled by BioCrossroads since inception in 2002. The data is organized by topic as well as date for easy searching, browsing and downloading.
The newest report posted to the repository, “Healthcare Driven Innovation: An assessment of opportunities in Central Indiana,” is BioCrossroads' assessment of Central Indiana's hospital and health system landscape and explores specific opportunities to drive innovative product and process improvements in the clinical setting.

The study includes an audit of proven national models to determine best practices, as well as an assessment of Indiana??s ecosystem through interviews and fact finding with Central Indiana hospitals and hospital executive staff.
