Bioanalytical Systems Inc. has appointed Jill Blumhoff chief financial officer and vice president of finance. She joined the company in 2007 as assistant controller and has since served as director of finance, tax and IT. Blumhoff  has also worked with Wabash National Corp. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
