Brad Maurer has rejoined Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP as a partner. He is a member of the Corporate Transactional practice group. Maurer focuses his practice on intellectual property rights (IPR) and has significant experience assisting clients in identifying, prioritizing and implementing IPR strategies. He has represented companies before state and federal courts in litigation related to trademarks, unfair competition, false advertising, copyrights, rights of publicity, Anti-SLAPP and insurance coverage.
