Bingham Greenebaum Doll Adds New Attorneys

Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP has added ten new attorneys in two office locations. James Horrey (pictured), Matthew Johns and Jessie Laurin (pictured) joined the firm to its Indianapolis office. Jenny Bobbitt, Stephanie Bruns, Amanda Dohn, Laura Habein, Michael Mercurio, Kyle Miller, and Gail Oppenheimer joined the Louisville office. Horrey joins the corporate services department in Indianapolis as an associate. He concentrates his practice on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, working with a wide variety of businesses including car dealerships, real estate holding and management companies, land developers, breweries and restaurants. Prior to joining BGD, Horrey was an associate at Mallor Grodner in Bloomington where he clerked for two years while in law school and joined the firm as an associate in fall 2012. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and B.A. from Wabash College.
Johns will practice in the litigation department in Indianapolis as of counsel after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia. His practice consists of the representation of clients in various corporate and partnership disputes, construction and real estate disputes, class action litigation, governmental litigation, and securities litigation. Matt also represents athlete agency firms, athlete agents, coaches, and athletes in litigation and compliance matters. Johns graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law and comes to BGD from Greenberg Traurig LLP in Atlanta.
Also, Laurin joins the litigation department in Indianapolis, where she brings experience in tort issues and contracts. Prior to joining BGD as an associate, she was a summer associate for the firm in 2016. Laurin graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2017. While in law school, she externed for the Marion County Superior Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
