Horizon University board of directors has elected Bill Goodrich (pictured) chairman. He previously served as president of the university, as well as pastor of Horizon Christian Fellowship Indianapolis. As president Goodrich was instrumental in attracting key leadership and launching new programs including Chaplaincy and Counseling.

Also, the board appointed Randall Dodge president of the university. Having previously served at other institutions of higher learning here in Indiana, including Taylor University and Indiana University, President Dodge is uniquely suited for the program and enrollment growth plans the school is now implementing.

He most recently served as executive vice president of the University since January 2016.
