The Indianapolis-based CPA and advisory firm BGBC Partners, LLP has promoted Richard Smith to partner. He has been with the firm since 2010. Prior to that, Smith practiced governmental accounting for the state of Indiana in addition to being a small business owner for eight years. He also achieved the rank of Sergeant during his time in the United States Marine Corps.
