Junior Achievement of Central Indiana has named its 2018 Indy’s Best and Brightest award winners. They include honorees who are 40 and under and recognized as "rising talent and the next generation of leaders in our community."

Junior Achievement of Central Indiana Inc. focuses on educating and inspiring youth in career exploration, employability/life skills, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and philanthropy. It involves hands-on, experiential learning opportunities for kindergarten through high school students.

This year’s winners were announced during a ceremony November 8 at the Hilbert Circle Theatre in downtown Indianapolis.

The 2018 Indy’s Best and Brightest Winners are:

Accounting
• Chad Amos, partner, KPMG LLP

Banking and Financial Services
• Erin Dettwiler, vice president, investment real estate banking, First Merchants Bank

Education and Nonprofit
• George Giltner, state director of robotics, TechPoint Foundation for Youth

Government
• Cynthia Carrasco, deputy general counsel, Office of Governor Eric J. Holcomb

Health and Life Sciences
• Tiffany Fletcher, senior associate – communications, health, safety and environmental services, Eli Lilly and Co.

Law
• Kiamesha-Sylvia Colom, partner, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP

Manufacturing, Retail and Services
• Tamara Cypress, director of corporate communications & culture, STANLEY Security

Media, Sports and Entertainment
• Tiffany Sauder, president, Element Three

Real Estate, Development and Construction
• Matt Waggoner, senior vice president, JLL

• Blake Koriath, chief financial officer, High Alpha
