Ben’s Ranch Foundation has elected Kathy Arnold and Bonnie Riley to its board of directors. They join five others on the board of the nonprofit organization that connects teens struggling with mental health challenges to jobs on farms and in equine therapy facilities. Riley is assistant vice president and executive banker at Community First Bank of Indiana and Arnold is a clinical affairs manager at Lungpacer Medical.

Riley has a 25-year career in banking and has served on the Carmel Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee and is past student mentor with Starfish Initiative. 

Arnold is a Registered Nurse and oversees RESCUE 3 clinical trial sites and previously held positions with Boston Scientific, Guidant and Intermedics.
