Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP has named Benjamin Wolowski an associate in its Environmental and Litigation practice groups. He previously worked for the Illinois Office of the State Appellate Defender. Wolowski was also an intern for Hon. David F. Hamilton in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Hon. Richard L. Young in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana. He focuses his practice in environmental litigation, with a particular emphasis in complex toxic tort litigation in state and federal court. Wolowski received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from the University of Evansville.
