The Beaman Home has named Jennifer Hayes executive director. She has a strong nonprofit background and has lived in Kosciusko County for more than 20 years. Hayes recently completed her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. She holds a Master of Management degree and an undergraduate degree in Human Resources.

Beaman has been involved as a volunteer for special events and fundraising over the years at Combined Community Services, the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts, Warsaw Rotary, Tri-Kappa and Warsaw Community Church.
