The local economic development organization for Noble County has a new leader. Melanie Kellogg, who previously served as community development planner for Region 3A in northeast Indiana, is now executive director of Be Noble Inc.
Region 3A is a development and regional planning commission for northeast Indiana. In her previous role, Kellogg was responsible for leading economic development, community development, transportation and housing initiatives, according to Be Noble.
