Bastian Solutions to Open Westfield Plant

Subscribe NowOfficials in Westfield will Wednesday cut the ribbon on a more than $8 million advanced manufacturing facility. Indianapolis-based Bastian Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corp. in Japan, announced plans in October 2017 for the plant, which is expected to create nearly 90 jobs this year.
Bastian Solutions is a global material handling systems integrator and consulting firm. The new facility includes 10,000 square feet of office space in addition to space that houses the company’s growing advanced manufacturing operations.
Officials from Bastian Solutions and Toyota Advanced Logistics will join Westfield Mayor Andy Cook, Indiana Secretary of Commerce Jim Schellinger and Consul-General of Japan in Chicago Naoki Ito for the grand opening ceremony.
