Barnes & Thornburg LLP has added Joseph Calderon to its real estate department. He previously worked at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Calderon has spent more than 25 years representing real estate developers, tenants and end-users of real estate, business owners, individuals, nonprofits and governmental agencies in a wide range of real estate matters. He advises on and manages zoning, development, leasing and property tax issues, having handled hundreds of zoning cases, property tax assessment appeals and real estate transactions. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 1982, Calderon earned his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
