Barnes & Thornburg has added partners John Olivieri and Patrick Sullivan to its complex wealth management and corporate finance teams at its Indianapolis office. Both lawyers return to a state where they spent significant time. Olivieri was previously a partner in the New York office of White & Case. He brings over 20 years experience of complex wealth management experience and will serve in the firm’s national private client services practice. Olivieri holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and his J.D. from Columbia University. Sullivan was previously a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis. He has nearly a decade of corporate and finance-based experience advising borrowers, financial sponsors, agents and lenders. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
