Barker Elected Chair of Women in Parking Conference

Heidi Barker has been elected chair of The Women In Parking Conference. She is senior director of marketing & sales operations for Parker Technology. Barker has helped Indianapolis-based Parker Technology grow to become the country’s leading parking customer service solution.

Founded in 2011, Women in Parking is an association of professionals who foster the advancement and achievement of women in the parking industry. WIP members represent every discipline of the parking industry and promote career advancement of woman parking professionals through networking and continuing education.
