Bank of America has promoted Karen Pipes to senior vice president, public policy lead for Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia and Mary Noor to vice president, market executive in Indianapolis. Pipes previously served as the bank’s market manager in Indianapolis and holds a bachelor’s degree and MPA from Ball State University. Noor previously served as community relations manager for Bank of America in San Diego and holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
