Ball Brothers Foundation has appointed Donna Munchel to the dual position of program officer and grants manager. She is a lifelong resident of Muncie and a graduate of Ball State University. Before joining BBF, she was employed by her alma mater for 11 years, first in the admissions department and then in the development office.
