Baldwin & Lyons Inc. has appointed John Nichols and James Porcari to its board of directors. Nichols holds a B.S. in Business and Accounting from Babson College and previously served as chief executive officer at AXIS Re. Porcari holds a B.B.A. in Business from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is founder and managing partner of Insurance Resources International LLC and previously served as president of personal lines claims for AIG.
