Arizona-based Baja Fresh is launching what it calls a targeted effort in the Midwest to expand its footprint in several states, including Indianapolis.
The other potential locations are Cincinnati, Louisville and Nashville. Baja Fresh says it is also reducing its franchise fee in the region from $50,000 to $30,000.
The new Baja Fresh restaurants will open under the leadership of Director of Franchise Development Bruce Holzman.
“Louisville, Cincinnati, Nashville and Indianapolis are all ideal markets for Baja Fresh to expand; they all have a unique reputation for being bustling cities with the perfect blend of Midwest sensibilities and Southern hospitality,” said Holzman. “We are eager to collaborate with passionate local business leaders and health food enthusiasts.”
Holzman says he is actively seeking qualified franchise partners to open restaurants in all four states.
