He previously served as a software engineer for Red Hat. Prior to that Watkins spent time at Avoxi, Fuze (formerly ThinkingPhones), and Compuware, though technically he started his programming career at age seven when he developed and sold his first full-fledged software program to his local school district. He brings more than 20 years of professional experience in telecommunications, networking, and software development to his new position. In this role, Watkins will provide strategic direction and technical expertise in the development of AxiaTP’s software platforms, as well as management of the back-end network architecture for internal and external systems.
